It’s now easy to share your favorite teamfocus Workflow with your friends, work colleagues or clients. All you need to do is to select the Workflow you would like to share and create a “Workflow Share code”.
Here is a short video to explain how Workflow Sharing can help you.
Benefits of Workflow Sharing
Workflow Sharing can save a lot of time if you tend to use the same Workflow template for each new project. You also have the option of copying a default set of Tasks along with the Workflow.
So if you are rolling out multiple projects, for example like building and maintaining websites, houses or even safety systems for each new client, Workflow Sharing will make it as easy as setting up the Workflow and Tasks just as you need them, then generating and sending your unique code to your client or other team.
This way you only have to create the Workflow once, then you can quickly implement as many fresh copies as you need.
As always, if you have any questions or would like assistance using the Workflow Share feature, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
